German-born Dörte Berner has been working as a professional sculptor in Namibia for half a century. She has held over 40 exhibitions in Namibia, Germany, Canada, the United States, Australia, Botswana and South Africa. It has been a half-century immersed in the contemplation and expression of the struggles of our existence, carved in stone.
