This exhibition presents a selection of works by Helga Kohl, bringing together her iconic series on Kolmanskop and Elizabeth Bay alongside abstract architectural photographs from Windhoek. Rooted in a deep sensitivity to light and time, Kohl’s images explore how built environments carry memory long after they are abandoned. Her photographs reveal the quiet interplay between structure and erosion, presence and absence. Together, the works invite viewers to reflect on architecture as both a physical form and a poetic record of human history.
